STAGG FITNESS
My name is Chris Stagg. I'm a St. John's-based personal trainer and body transformation coach with 15 years of experience.
I survived a serious car accident at 16 that left doctors unsure if I'd walk again. Years later I watched my father fight through triple bypass surgery. Those moments changed everything for me.
I lost over 50lbs, rebuilt my body from scratch, and turned that experience into a coaching career, helping busy people in Newfoundland do the same.
No fads. No fluff. Just real programs that actually work.
